Our newly remodeled home is comfortable and fully stocked for your mountain get away. Walking access to Warm Springs Lifts and the Sawtooth National Forest. Only a short drive from downtown and right along the bike path and free city bus routes.
We have a fully stocked kitchen for all your gourmet aspirations and brand new appliances. We offer a wine fridge and kegerator for your entertaining needs.
Our 6 person private hot tub is perfect for cool summer nights and apres ski soaks.
Sonos sound system is throughout the house as well as Apple TVs with a movie library, Netflix, Hulu, HBO and more and in every room. NFL pass is bought every year for game days and anything else is available upon request for any event viewing or the sports fans in the family.
A PS4 with a full game library is available for use in the living room, user just needs their own login.
We have a full fireplace with natural gas log lighters for your use. The floors are radiant heated and comfy top end mattresses and bedding will keep you comfy at night.
Our patio has a firepit table and chairs for outside dining or cocktails, a deluxe grill, a smoker.
For longer rentals special arrangements can be made.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Derek’s house. It was clean, comfortable & stocked with high end appliances/cookware. Also, it was a short walk to the chairlift which was very convenient. The heated floors are very cozy - we had an issue initially with the heat system not functioning properly following a power outage, but we texted Derek and he walked us through what to reset and voila, heat was back on. The beds were very comfortable, bedding was higher end, and the master shower and toilet/bidet very nice! The hot tub was clean, plenty hot (104 - love that!), and just a perfect end to a day of skiing. I highly recommend this property

Summary: This is a wonderful property that’s perfect for a ski vacation. Short walk to the lift, and the place has everything you need for cooking and relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: The house presented exactly as advertised. Incredibly well-stocked kitchen and electronics that helped to create a wonderful family vacation. Close to town, and Derek was so helpful in arrangements and suggestions for activities. There was a minor glitch in the check-in process, but it was resolved very quickly and did not distract from the overall experience.
