Summary: We really enjoyed staying in this house with its own pool surrounded by beautiful countryside. The owners were lovely and very helpful. The house is well equipped and nicely presented. We would definitely come back again.

Summary: Our stay was very peaceful very relaxing and very hot , thank god/ Gavin for the pool which was of good size and especially Andy the pool cleaner who kept it immaculate daily. That’s me. The setting was lovely and the evening sunsets over the woodlands were amazing as were the clear starry evening skies. There are good local amenities and a massive Leclerc 15 minutes away with everything you could wish for. There are plenty of things to do around the area if you don’t mind a little drive but to be honest it was that hot we just lazed by the pool and soaked up the sun. The kids made good use of the table tennis table and the cottage was well stocked with various books, games and films. The bedrooms are of good size and were particularly warm because of the amazing weather and Gavin kindly supplied a fan but we also bought an additional one to try and stay cool so if you can squeeze one in your luggage if driving l would do so. This is a lovely cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were very lucky with the weather. The bottom line is would we return have another holiday here. Yes we would.

Summary: The property is set on top of a beautiful valley, with views across the neighbouring fields, stunning sunsets at night and the sound of the crickets is the only thing you can hear. We spent a lovely two weeks here, one with our friends in the neighbouring property and one on our own. We canoed down the Dordogne, tasted wine, walked round some of the beautiful local towns and visited the local chateaux of Bonaguil and Castnaud. You are in a great spot for touring the local area and the villa itself was clean and well maintained. We used the BBQ daily and the pool was really fantastic as the weather was boiling! Jumping into a cool pool when you got home was fantastic or just spending the whole day just messing around in it. The owners accommodated our dog too who had a wonderful two weeks exploring the huge area outside and meeting the neighbour's dog Jive. We miss it and it was a perfect getaway for our two week holiday, a haven of tranquility. Thanks Gavin, your hospitality was second to none.
