Private, spacious new-build, 6 bedroom/ 6 bathroom villa with pool. Large beautiful, private lot with fruit trees and flowers.
Fantastic, well equipped open-plan kitchen, with settings for 16 persons.
On site parking, caretaker/ security man with abundant local knowledge. Perfect for large family. Easy walk to Rick's cafe.
This house was designed hacienda-style with all rooms opening onto the central courtyard pool area. The entire pool area and living space enjoys total seclusion with no neighbouring properties able to see in. The large kitchen acts as the main communal area and comfortably seats 16.
Each bedroom is fully air conditioned and has its own bathroom and opens onto the pool making it ideal for a mixed group to enjoy privacy from one another.
Amenities include fully air conditioned bedrooms,laundry facilities, dishwasher, cable television,fully equipped kitchen, towels and bedding.
WIFI (included for free)
We have full high speed internet and wifi.
The internet is operational 98% of the time, however it's subject to disruption occasionally .We can't be held responsible for disruptions due to Jamaican infrastructure.

Summary: We had a great time walking to Rick’s and Wake and Bake cafe. House was perfect for our needs. Clean and safe. We loved the fruit trees and outdoor areas.

Summary: This place was perfect for our group, which included a 4 year old & 17 year old. The kitchen has pretty much everything you could want & then some. It was great having the pool - especially with the little guy. VERY secure & private. Gummy took very good care of us & was very responsive, every single time we had a need or question. I prefer to stay on the West End, so being away from the more “touristy” area is fine with me. I saw a review that mentioned barking dogs, but we really couldn’t hear them when we went to bed at all. Will definitely rent again!

Summary: The grounds are beautiful. We felt safe & secure within the property, surrounding area, and Negril. The pool and courtyard were larger than we thought and were much enjoyed. The nightline views of the sky were amazing. The beds were comfy. The property manager, Gummy was super helpful and connected us with various people and resource. Hope to return next year.

Summary: Great larger group or family villa style option for Negril accommodations close to Cliffs and 10 min drive to beach. House is great with pool and lovely grounds. Only downside was barking dogs at night in the neighbourhood. Furniture in the bedrooms is nice, the living room areas need new couches.

Summary: Gummy made us feel welcome, taken care of and provided everything from a local chef, Tarro who made some amazing authentic Jamaican dinners; recommendations on where to go for adventure and beaches; and he even shopped for us so we had everything we needed to kick off a great stay! The people of Negril are friendly and hospitable. Beautiful pool, grounds, and of course the weather!! Advice: rent a car from MB!
