Summary: We were a group of friends (4 couples) on this vacation. The accommodations were comfortable for a group of adults - the beds were comfortable, sleeping arrangements were very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. Steve was awesome in communications, very quick in responding. The only issue we had with the stay was in the living/entertainment area. There were 2 smaller rooms in the front and back that could seat a few people, but not a large group. The dining table was the only area we all could be in together to talk, play games, etc. It appears that the basement is in the process of being fixed up to be a large entertainment/TV area, which would help this situation. You should also be aware that the location is a little further from anything we wanted to do, but as long as you know that, and make the proper arrangements, you should be ok. Overall, a very nice experience with much to do in Toronto and surrounding area.

Summary: Stayed here for a long weekend with my family and some friends. The house was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Linens and towels were plentiful. Kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils, glasses, etc. Steve was great with communication, self check-in was easy. Minor point: would have been nice to have some laundry detergent in the house. Otherwise it was perfect for our group and we would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The house was not only fantastically located for ease of access to local areas but also direct routes to Toronto. The host Steve was a great communicator up to and during our stay and answered all my questions with courtesy and really quickly even with the time difference prior to our trip. We where a large party with two families so chose this property for the space it provided everyone to either enjoy each other’s company in the social areas or private time in the various bedrooms etc. The house is kitted our with all your catering requirements and the super sized tv fills in while we wait for everyone to get ready. Comes highly recommend on all levels.

Summary: This is our third time at this property and Steve and Sandy never cease to amaze as far as there responsiveness and hospitality. We entertain potential business clients and the home setting makes a great relationship builder. The home is always in great condition and Steve even left us a message as where to go for fireworks during the Holiday. This is our location of choice !
