Summary: Clean, well stocked with all dishes,great bathrooms, plenty of parking nice location.

Summary: -Property is a duplex unit and NOT listed as such. I would have sought out other accommodation if this had been disclosed. No ‘neighbors’ for the first night but second night their footfalls reverberated throughout our side. -Both properties had rental signs posted on front lawn, back lawn and front window. I did not feel comfortable with these signs and contacted VRBO immediately. VRBO does not have a policy regarding these types of signs. -Door entry is via an electronic opener. A sticky note on the door instructed to hold the door forward while opening. I had nothing but issues with this until I ignored the note and didn’t touch the door until the locking device completed its thing. Also, was not aware that locking the door is a different procedure than opening. Host got back to me immediately when contacted about that. -Coffee maker had old grounds left in it but overall the house was very clean. -Master bath shower valve hot and cold reversed – host notified. -Master bedroom lower wall outlets (three of them) – top outlets work, bottom outlets do not. -Shoes not allowed in house but no chair at entrance to facilitate removal. -Throw rug in hallway is a trip hazard. -Kitchen is fully stocked – lots of utensils. Plenty of cooking spices but no sugar. Glad we brought our own. -Furnishings and beds are comfortable and the house has a clean minimalist feeling.

Summary: The property was clean and clearly well kept. The only things that were missing were a futon in the bonus room and a hot tub that I thought were included in the listing. Host was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Fred was a great host. Very quick to respond. Unit had everything we would want (good linens, extra blankets, blender, etc.). Simple process and will use again!

Summary: The house was nice and clean and very roomy. The host was great about answering questions very quickly. Our only complaint was that the third bed (the futon couch/sleeper) was uncomfortable and did not fold out correctly. It had to be propped up with something to keep it level—otherwise it was sloped so the person sleeping on it would just roll off. An actual bed in the third room would be a big improvement.

Summary: Nice little rental with a great backyard. Just sitting in that big yard with the tall trees at night was great. My family and I stayed here when I was in town for business. My wife and son were able to relax and enjoy the area. The property was very clean and had almost everything one would want. Description did say AC but it did not have it why we were there. However the owner very easy with communication, did say it was being installed a l few days after we left. So future guests I imagine will have that. Overall great stay and would stay there again.
