Beautiful, fully remodeled historic home, SUPER close to downtown Zephyrhills, FL. 3 bedroom, 2.5 Baths. Enjoy a nice, cool morning on the covered front porch! Walk in to beautiful hardwood floors and an updated feel with the living room up front and a formal dining area to follow & stairs to the second story. The master bedroom (1 king bed) on your left with an updated, crisp and clean master bathroom. Just off of the formal dining is a screened in side porch, perfect for enjoying the afternoon breeze. Also, an updated ½ bath & indoor laundry. Continue on to a cozy kitchen with lots of storage and all that you’ll need to cook a home-cooked meal, complete with a sitting area too! You’ll also find a “back door” that will lead out to the covered car port. Upstairs you’ll find two quaint & cozy bedrooms & another FULL bath. One of the rooms has a built in desk and shelving with one twin bed & trundle twin bed, the other has 2 full beds.

Summary: Wonderful stay for our family of 6! The house was clean and spacious and even more beautiful than the pictures! Easy check in and out, great host communication. Lots of extras provided. Would absolutely recommend!

Summary: We were very happy with this house. Was clean and felt right at home and spent relaxing time on the porch as well. We were three adult men visiting friends in the area and it worked out great. Would recommend.

Summary: Recently redone, the house is very nice and picture perfect. The wrap around porch with screened section was very enjoyable at night and was of my favorite spaces in the whole house (even fell asleep on the lounger one night!). Multi-generation family trip to visit my daughter locally, the house was fine for what we needed - a place to lay our head at the end of the day with a few conveniences (washer/dryer if needed and a coffee pot). We didn’t stay in the house too much, but everything we tried worked, beds were super comfy, pillows were a good variety of firm / soft, when we needed to get ahold of host in the beginning she was promptly responsive and we didn’t need to message her after check in. I’ve stayed in the neighborhood several times before, so expecting the “community” chickens is a given expectation for me by now, otherwise know there could be a random rooster crowing outside the window at 5:30am. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and only a block to the quaint downtown and one of my favorite places in FL - “Your Turn” gaming cafe. Police and fire are a block away as well. Zephyrhills has a great community park with a splash park for the kiddos, several playgrounds and a large pond to walk around - ideal for picnics. Great local restaurants - Taco Amigos, Sunrise Diner, Great Catch all unique and worth it. Over all, the house and area is great and would love to stay again!

Summary: We were visiting family in the area. Looked at a few other rental properties and selected this one for its location and description. We couldn't have been happier. The house was perfect for our needs - nicely remodeled, very clean and well kept, plenty of room to spread out, nice neighborhood. Loved the porch area. It had a nice homey feel that we settled into very quickly. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication with the owner was easy and fast. Thank you so much for helping make our stay so enjoyable!
