Summary: Chris has a phenomenal place. My husband and I and our VERY spoiled cat were very comfortable while looking for our forever home. The house is everything as advertised. Added bonus is VERY, VERY nice neighbors. I actually cried when saying goodbye. If needed I would most definitely stay again. I also wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this for any out of town family or friends.

Summary: We were very happy with our stay. The place is clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in process and host was quick to respond. I would stay again and would recommend to anyone going to the area.

Summary: This house was exactly as described, and was the perfect spot for us. Really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the lovely shopping restaurant area that is nearby. Being able to walk in the evening and find excellent food trucks was a bonus. We will definitely be back!

Summary: This is my 2nd stay at this property this year. Great location, close to beach, downtown and walking trails. The house was stock with pots, pans, plates and utensils which made it very convenient for Thanksgiving. The host was very responsive to my request. The only suggest would be to get a 2nd TV for one of the bedrooms. I highly recommend this property. I will definitely rent again in the very near future.

Summary: My family loved our stay at this beautiful home in such a convenient area. We were walking distance from multiple nice restaurants and even walked our dog on the Lake Minneola trail (the house also has bikes available for use). The hosts were super flexible in my last minute situation and responded immediately to any questions or concerns. My family will definitely be booking again!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home near downtown Clermont, just minutes away from lakes. The house was clean and well-stocked with towels and paper goods. The kitchen was very nice and even had a selections of seasonings for our use. A bonus was a fenced yard for our little pup to run in. We visited Clermont for our grandson’s graduation, but would definitely stay in this home for future visits.

Summary: We absolutely loved this home, everything from the proximity to beautiful Lake Minneola and its waterfront park, the short walk to historic downtown Clermont and its shops, restaurants, and farmer's market, to the huge, fully fenced backyard and screened-in front porch. The hosts were always accessible when needed and provided so many helpful amenities. We can't wait to come back. It truly felt like home for our extended stay.
