Summary: The location was ideal for what we wanted to do. The house had plenty of space for what we needed. Roger was a great host, unfortunately we had limited WI-FI service and the hot water was hit or miss.

Summary: Loved that it was close to such a beautiful nature preserve with the lake! Beautiful area right in the backyard! We hiked around Fumee mountain and around both Fumee Lakes and enjoyed our time! Wish we would have brought a bike! We also enjoyed fires every night. Only issue we had was the leaking sink. I texted the owner and he immediately fixed it. Super nice host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Summary: We really enjoyed this secluded area of the UP. The space itself is huge, and we were able to bring our dog, which was great. Would highly recommend for anything looking for a getaway with some outdoor activities nearby.

Summary: The section used for VRBO is spacious, clean and well appointed. It is in very good shape and we had no concerns at all. Roger answered a couple of questions i had quickly and to my satisfaction regarding operating dimmer lights.

Summary: It was so peaceful. There are other houses nearby but we didn't hear anything. The trail around the lake is very nice. The living area is huge! All in all we had a great time.
