Beautiful large spacious home on the open water (no red tide) with sailboat access. Private 45' dock with 30' available for mooring up to 40' boat. 10K lbs lift set up for 2 jet skis subject to approval. Designer infinity pool with attached hot tub. Open floor plan with full height glass sliding doors nearly full width of the house overlooking the water. Gourmet kitchen with top end appliances. Unique glass enclosed indoor/outdoor room that can be enclosed as part of the house or part of the outdoors or completely open.
The home is furnished with everything you need for family fun. Beach & bath towels, linens, shampoo, soaps, hair dryers, laundry supplies, kitchen condiments, spices, coffee, beach chairs & umbrellas and much more. You can pack light & come see what's there before you go shopping.
This easily accommodates your guest with plenty of space, bedrooms and full baths. Master suite contains double walk in shower, Jacuzzi tub, double vanities and walk in closet. 2nd story suite has seating area kitchenette, fridge, full bath, patio balcony and sleeping up to 5 people. 3rd bath includes a combination shower tub and steam bath.
Guest have access to the entire home except garage and 1 locked closet. There are several cabinets marked for owners use only containing some foods and clothing. Guests are free to use any and all items left in refrigerator/freezer and pantry, and we only ask to replace items you emptied.
2 kayaks with jackets & paddles. 1-tandem for 2 & 1-single. Great fun exploring the area.
Owners are available by phone 24-7. We also have a next door neighbor who is a contractor and knows the home well and will be available to assist with issues if something were to arise.
There are 4 security cameras in the public areas and outdoors. These can remain functional for your protection and are convenient in assisting you with operational issues. You can disable them during your stay using the wall switches marked "camera" and a cord switch on the ones at pool and indoor/outdoor room. There is also a home automation entry that will allow you access to the home using a your own private code during your scheduled stay. You will receive an email 1 to 2 weeks prior to check in containing lots of information and videos on how things work.

Summary: House was beautiful, conveniently located. Owner was quick to answer questions. The 6th bedroom wasn’t actually a bedroom but was arranged to enable privacy. Pool and hot tub was very enjoyable. Weather was wonderful. Our family had a great time. All 13 of us!! Highly recommend.

Summary: When stepping into this home, our first impression was 'wow'; when departing, our unanimous impression was 'wow, we are not ready to leave .' This was an exceptional home with an ideal location for us as our daughter's wedding and reception was at the Sheraton Harborside Tiki Hut. The owner is an excellent communicator, touching base several times to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction and that we did not have trouble with any of the technology in the home. I highly recommend this home if you want ample, relaxing and a fun space.

Summary: We are a group of 11, ranging from grandparents to grandchildren. I was so surprised to have such access to owner and his willingness to share from best beaches to house info (like staying at a family friend’s home). Very detailed about house info which is wonderful! Comfortable big sofa for the whole group to watch Big 10 tourney (note the headrests lean up for comfort :)

Summary: We rented the house for a wedding in the area and had guests from my parents in their 80’s to my children in their 20’s. Everyone loved it! Large gathering places inside the house as well as in the beautiful pool area. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready. House was very clean and well stocked. Very good instructions on how to operate everything in the house. Pete was very attentive to any questions. Would highly recommend the rental.

Summary: Pete & Linda have the perfect place for a family fun week. The kiddos, all generations, enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fishing off the dock. Everything you need is available-from fishing rods to pool “toys” to multiple living spaces both indoor and outdoor. Location is exceptional for access to all that SW Florida has to offer. Pete was more than helpful with instructions to use the “smart” home. Great place for creating awesome memories!

Summary: Loved being able to gather at this lovely home. There was space for family members who had to work remote while others played in the pool, etc. Kitchen was well stocked and the view was beautiful. Owner knew we had 9 people sleeping at his home but did not instruct his cleaners to make beds for 9 people. This means after a long day of travel we had to hunt through the house and make beds. Also, there was a blockage in the kitchen sink trap which we had to fix for him on the Friday after Thanksgiving as there was no back up handyperson. Guarantee we saved him an emergency holiday plumbing bill. Would have been nice if some gesture was extended beyond thanks.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The home was absolutely beautiful and still had that homey, comfortable feel. There was also an abundance of amenities. We enjoyed the pool as well as fishing on the dock. We will definitely be back !!!
