Everything you need for a great “fun-in-the-sun” vacation in Lewes is right here. This third-floor, two-bedroom condo is located in the desirable Villages of 5 Points. A short walk from the condo, you’ll find: two swimming pools, tennis courts, sports bar, restaurants, hair salon, fitness center, bakery and coffee shop!
A paved two-mile path around the development is perfect for walking or jogging. And the family-friendly Lewes Town Beach is a short 2.5 miles away. Next to The Villages is a shopping center with a Weis Market and the Ocean Grill.
The Georgetown-Lewes Bike Trail is extended more each year. You can now ride your bike from 5 Points into Lewes in one direction, or to Old World Breads, Hopkins Creamery and beyond in the other direction. Get on the trail by going left on the path outside our building (the Old Orchard Rd. side) and you will connect to it on the other side of the cement plant.
The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living & dining areas plus a nice balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine watching the sunset. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and private bath with shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is plenty of comfy seating in the living area along with cable TV and a DVD player. The dining table easily seats six people.
No need to pack for a fun day at the beach, we’ve got you covered: beach chairs, a beach mat, umbrella, floatie, wake board, boogie board and kite. Play tennis? Two tennis rackets and balls are in the porch closet.
The Villages of 5 Points offers easy access to beaches, restaurants, the marina and ferry. It is east of Route 1 and only 2.5 miles from Historic Lewes and the Cape May Ferry. Just 10 minutes away is Cape Henlopen State Park. With its beautiful beaches, disc golf, nature center, museum, hiking and biking trails, fishing and surfing, it’s a perfect outing. A day pass is only $10 for out-of-state visitors.

Summary: Condo was updated, clean and a good layout for a small family. Located near several amenities, including a grocery store and restaurants. Short walk to the community pool. Enjoyed sitting on the screened balcony in the evening. 10-minute drive to beach and Cape Henlopen. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We took a week off to go to the beach and Lewes was perfect! This condo was equipped with everything we needed to go to the beach and more! It was my husband, myself, our three year old and my mother in law - the two bedrooms were perfect for our set up. Whether at the beach or sitting poolside, we had a great trip! We loved that we were walking distance to food! Overall, we loved it and will plan to return!
