Spacious open floorplan, 4 Bed/4 Bath, 2 Living areas, family-friendly neighborhood, 6 miles to University of Oklahoma (OU), easy access to I-35 and OKC, restaurants, CVS, shopping all conveniently located.
Perfect for short-term family dislocation due to fire, flood, tornado, remodel, construction of primary home, new home closing delays. The design of this home is very open and free-flowing with lots of windows that allow natural sunlight. The home has two patios and is excellent for outdoor living by the swimming pool in the backyard. Perfect for family and friend gatherings.
Guests have full use of the private home, yard, and pool. The owner has a few personal items stored in the garage. I or my assistant will greet you at the home upon arrival to orientate you to the home. This is a NON-SMOKING home. Located in a family-friendly, quiet community. You will see people on the sidewalks walking their dogs. The home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac which minimizes traffic. I-35 is very close, allowing quick access to Oklahoma City, 15-20 minutes, depending upon traffic and specific location. There are several popular restaurants nearby for a relaxing evening or weekend outing.

Summary: Very deceiving from the outside. This place is huge on the inside. The house is slightly dated but in great shape! The bed was the most comfortable VRBO bed I have even slept in. Thank you Dan for being so responsive. Great weekend visiting our daughter at OU. I do wish the football team showed up!

Summary: This was the perfect gathering spot for friends and relatives attending our daughter’s ceremony at OU. My wife wants to rent again next visit to Norman. My granddaughter loved the loft she discovered and would spend hours entertaining herself up there.

Summary: We had a group of friends for a relaxing weekend away. The host was gracious and showed us all necessary things with the property and even left a few welcome snacks! The pool was tranquil with plenty of sitting room to lounge around and be outside. The neighborhood was quiet and close to many dining options. I would definitely recommend the space for future travels!
