Summary: I feel this house is usually rented for house parties. If you are a clean freak then this is not for you. Nice and quiet neighborhood and the host was very communicative. Did their best to be as accommodating as possible. I appreciate the effort.

Summary: House was spacious and convenient for the 7 of us - it was supposed to be 12, but threats of a Syracuse snowstorm caused some of our family to not make the trip. Plenty of room to congregate and/or retreat to your own quiet space. My elderly mother loved and appreciated the 1st floor bedroom. it was conveniently located to all of our destinations and the host was super attentive to the few inquiries that I had before and during our trip. The home was warm and inviting, smokers had an enclosed back area to smoke in.

Summary: The house had plenty of space for our group of 12. It's a 10 minute drive to downtown Syracuse and any main highway. I would rent again if I needed a place to host a large group again.
