Come and stay at this great friendly cottage with a waterfront on Lake Silver in the region of Wentworth-Nord. Large private grounds with a magnificent view over the lake. Huge terrace with a gazebo that provides breathtaking views of the lake. No cottage in front, only a beautiful island to admire!
This is a clear water lake where water sports are permitted. The lake is stocked with trout and fishing is permitted. There is a boat ramp and access to a canoe, pedal boat and a boat without an engine, kayak for kids.
This large cottage has 3 floors and is fully equipped. No carpeting. In the basement, there is a large bar, pool table, arcade, xbox game console and a 60" TV. Ideal for the family. Table to play cards. Perfect for your holiday!
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen up to date, very functional with benches at the counter. There are two dining rooms. Ideal for children. Large bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
The chalet has 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor. All rooms are painted, furnished with new beds, new mattresses and bedding, all up to date in a warm atmosphere.
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, parties permitted, pets permitted.
-No major sound outside after 10pm. You still can make a fire in the rock space using the wood close to the small shed.
-Firewood is included. For outside fireplace, please use reasonable quantity or a $100 charge could be taken from the deposit.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. Smoking is permitted outside. Do not throw butts in the field.
-When you will arrive, the clean bed sheets will be in each respective room. Upon your departure, please remove the bed sheets from the bed and start the laundry to help us being ready for the upcoming guest.
-Before departure, we expect that all garbages will be emptied, all dished washed.
-If you plan to bring your boat, please see with us for the lake rules.
-If you plan to fish you must have your permit and abide by the laws and regulations.
-No reimbursement in the event of a power outage. Please notify us if the outage persists. A generator is available.
