Funky 60’s vibin Lexington’s prime horse country. Enjoy your stay at my funky 60's vibe guest suite with your own separate living area, kitchenette, bath, spacious bedroom, and laundry room. Experience the beauty of Lexington's finest in the Bluegrass area. Only minutes to The KY Horse Park, Fagis Tipton, I-75 and a scenic walking trail. 15 minutes to Keeneland and 10 minutes to Georgetown.
The space
You will enjoy your own space while I live in a completely separate part of the home with my two dogs, Zara and Tilly.
You will enter your private suite at the back of the house where you walk into a retro appointed living room, kitchenette, and bath. This same theme is carried out as you step down 7 steps to your spacious bedroom and laundry room.
Guest access
We're a dog friendly home and your dog will have access to a really large fenced back yard and patio area.
Other things to note
The homeowner lives on site and has two furry family members that will be on the property. You will walk down 7 steps to the bedroom and laundry area. If you are over 5'5" you will need to be aware of the low clearance when
using the stairs. Once you enter the 17'x23' (391 sqft) bedroom, you will have approximately 7'10" of clearance to enjoy.

Summary: When we got to the road to get to the home it was an awesome peaceful drive. Getting to see the countryside was awesome. Once we got to the home the directions given are perfect. Just follow them and it’s easy to get in. The rooms are just as described. Lots of room for two just in the living area. The bedroom stays very cozy temperature wise. We felt very comfortable with the surroundings. Everything is as described. The dogs made it feel at home for us. They are never in your business but they are there for your protection too. The view from the room was absolutely perfect each morning we were there. Can’t go wrong staying here. It’s just awesome

Summary: You could not ask for a more peaceful, serene setting! Nestled in the middle of Bluegrass horse country, the property is close to all major attractions in the Lexington area and was perfect for my trip to the races at Keeneland. Trina was a fantastic host and was very accommodating! I would definitely recommend her property to anyone looking for a true experience of what Kentucky horse country and culture are all about! Made me miss my ‘Ol Kentucky Home!
