This popular Brookside model floor plan Condo overlooks the 8th hole tee box, lake, and Manatee river. The building has an elevator and covered parking. Surrounded by beautiful landscapes, jogging, biking, and walking paths, bocci courts, softball fields, resort style and resistance pool with Tiki bar, jacuzzi, fitness center, clay tennis facility with lit Har-Tru courts, restaurant, and clubhouse. Best of all 27 hole Arthur Hill designed championship golf course.
Condo is professionally designed and furnished with tropical Tommy Bahama like decor. Many upgrades including granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, crown molding and screened-in balcony. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve your own meals. A private screened in balcony with table chairs. Washer and dryer included. The Condo includes a 50' inch flat screen TV with a blue ray DVD player in the living area and a 32' flat screen TV in master bedroom. There is also a new queen sleeper in living room for additional sleep space.
Rent includes all utilities including water, sewer, trash pickup, cable, and WiFi. No smoking. No pets. Renter obligation on $125 food/beverage minimum per month at amenity centers.

Summary: My husband and I loved this place. The condo is very clean, up to date and quiet overlooking the 8th green. The owners were wonderful to deal with. When we realized there was no broiler pan they immediately went out and bought us one. The amenities at River Strand are great. There are 8 pools, many tennis courts and 27 challenging holes of golf. We also participated in fitness activities and some social events that the club offers. In addition the location is perfect to take advantage of all the museums, events and beaches in the area. It is also close to shopping. We would love to return here.

Summary: River Strand is a well maintained property with wonderful amenities. Our apartment was ideally situated with a lovely view. The weather was perfect. It all worked out very well!

Summary: My husband and I rented this new condo for 2 months. It is perfect for a couple or small family. It is brand new and therefore sparkling clean and everything is in good working order. The view of the pond is really nice and we watched all the wildlife come and go. River Strand's amenities make it feel like a resort. Lots to do, nicely maintained with a wonderful outdoor pool complex, golf, clubhouse activities, and tennis. Katie, the property manager, was very attentive and responded immediately to any request or question.

Summary: We stayed at this condo for the month of January 2015 and were the first visitors. Katie, the property manager, could not have been nicer or more helpful. The condo was nicely decorated with all the amenities. It also had a wonderful view from the Lanai and felt very private. River Strand suited our needs and provided tennis, golf and a workout facility. We had a wonderful stay and I would definitely rent the condo again.
