Positive: Everything! Warm welcoming check in with Catarina at the reception, smiling faces of the cleaning staff, spotless apartment and a convenient location away from the touristy areas.
Negative: The wifi a bit slow and kept cutting off. But everything else was perfect.

Positive: I have a very high cleanliness standard, and the apartment was very clean. I loved that some basic kitchen staples were provided. We needed and used every day washer. The apartment was quite. The elevator is functional. I loved the nespresso machine with pods.

Positive: Easy self check in instructions and after hours access. Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment with a lovely balcony. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for basic breakfast and snacks as well as warming up leftovers. The second bedroom was small, with 2 twin beds and not much space in-between but the closet space and privacy is all my teen girls needed and having 2 bathrooms was fantastic. This location is fantastic, we walked to our tour at the Sagrada Familia, and wonderful cafe's, restaurants, and gluten free bakery within 15 min walk. The building was safe and the noise proof windows and doors kept us sleeping well. Loved this spot, we will consider staying here again if we return to Barcelona. Also luggage storage after we checked out was so helpful!
Negative: The only thing was a sewer smell the last day of our stay and it was pretty bad. I know these older buildings and the city can have issues but it was unhealthy to breathe in and if we left the window cracked it would have been loud. Since it was our last day and we didn't have a chance to let management know, but we told them at check out and I am sure they remedied the situation as they were very responsive and helpful.
