Summary: beautiful hotel conveniently located besides Shenzhen Futian High Speed Rail station for easy access to Hong Kong (West Kowloon HSR station. HSR train journey is only 20mins). Also less Coco Park Mall with lots of great restaurants and shopping is only 7mins walk away. Shopping Park Subway station is also very nearby. Cant find a better location

Summary: Tbh, pretty disappointed compared to the same stars hotels in SZ, overall, it gives me the impression that the hotel is trying every bit to cut cost.. The front office staff are just less trained, we were never greeted or even given directions to the hotel’s lift after check in, or never asked about our stay when we checked out (for sure, I would have named a few things) And I don’t expect a 4-5 star hotel had to wait until pretty much everything at the area “gone” before refilling, and this was 10am at breakfast. There were just so many disappointments. And I don’t believe the room we were given to have a 45m sq ft. While the location is perfect. I do not recommend this hotel, you can get much better value elsewhere.
