Positive: Dish washer and WiFi The water was nice and hot.
Negative: Lots The host has no hospitality skills and is not fit to be in this business. We did not notice that arrival time was after 6 pm when we booked and messaged to notify the host we were one hour away at about 1pm. We were abruptly notified by message of the 6pm arrival time. We asked if we may use the garden area until the property was ready but were told we must obey the instructions and could not arrive early. We therefore spent 5 hours, after a long drive in Dijon center. We then arrived at the property at 6.15 pm and there was no one there to meet us. We tried to call the host but he did not respond to our calls or texts. After multiple times of knocking on the door a 14 year old girl opened the door. She rang her parents and then showed us to the flat which is an under build of the owners house. The property is unfinished. The gardens are unkempt. The pool area is unfinished with weeds growing around. Inside the apartment has areas that are unfinished, there is no bathroom, just a shower in the bedroom and a wash basin also in the bedroom. It rained heavily overnight so when we left in the morning we needed to cross a wet garden which has no pathway and the very wet grass is overgrown. This meant my wife must walk barefoot or spoil her expensive shoes. She crossed barefoot. All in all this property is not fit for purpose and the host is clearly interested only in taking money and not offering any hospitality. As a footnote, I am 80 years old and have spent a lifetime in the hotel industry all over the world so feel very qualified to say this is a shoddy arrangement. It is unfortunate that only 4 pictures can be uploaded here, I have many more.

Positive: The house is very new, some construction still ongoing. It's practical to visit Dijon from there in 15-20 min by car. The garden is very nice for kids.
Negative: We had ants in the room/kitchen which is not good. The curtain is missing in the bedroom and the main door. The apartement is not yet fully functional.
Summary: Nice apartment, but not yet complete. Good for short stay.
