Positive: Great location: very closed to shops and restaurants. The house is very spacious and super clean.
Negative: Parking is a bit difficult.
Summary: Once you get used to walk up a down the cobblestone little hills, you would enjoy the house more.

Positive: Property was nicely renovated with nice rooms and bathroom with good water pressure. It's a two story apartment and they only have AC on the second floor. That made it uncomfortable in the downstairs living area during the day. They had a washer and a rack for drying clothers. We took advantage of the washer. The location is good, close to restaurants and shops.
Negative: The property is located on a very steep narrow road and it's difficult to drive down there. Parking is approximately two to three blocks away and was tough to find. The parking lot is free at night but starts charging a nine AM so you have to run over there and put money in the meter.

Positive: Everything during our stay at Gîte Le Vintage in Saint-Émilion was perfect! Fanny was a gratious and attentive host. The location was amazing. The gite was very comfortable and beautifully designed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Positive: Ancient building with thick stone walls, two-storeys, both levels modernised in a very tasteful, high-end standard. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly wish for! A real bonus is the peaceful garden. Incredibly, the property is only a few steps (100 yards, maybe less) from the main square but feels almost rural. It is very quiet, since the narrow cobbled road outside has vehicle access restricted to residents and including ourselves there seemed to be only three.
Negative: If you can find anything to complain about, congratulations!
Summary: Really good experience, Fanny and Olivier great hosts. We hope to return next year.

Positive: Fanny met us at the agreed time and spent time explaining everything. There are many inclusions like coffee machine with beans, well stocked kitchen. Fanny gave us 2 bottles of wine as a gift. Comfortable beds, lots of towels. Her partner, Oliver, lives across the road and was helpful when we were unsure how to use the cooktop. The private garden is a delight and we had drinks there each afternoon.
Negative: The steep and narrow stair case was fine for us but would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.
Summary: Excellent position, very comfortable property, helpful host, great inclusions.
