Positive: The room was so comfortable, perfect for a group of 4. Close location to Terma Bania. Only 30 min to Zakopane. The spa was absolutely brilliant The kids loved it playing in the pool after hikes.

Positive: The location is quite good, and the room was good
Negative: The internet was not working properly The sauna was closed They do not offer any Spa service (massage etc. )at the hotel, even though they advertise that a lot ( even in the lobby ) The dishwasher in my room was not working, The coffee machine at the bar was not working (you could not buy coffe ), and there was no coffee machine in the room. During my 6 days, the room was not cleaned, and no one offered supplies ( towels, toilet paper etc. ) Some renovations outside my room started 08:00 most days with loud noices, dust, and bad smell. Restaurant was understaffed.
Summary: Over all a beautifull hotel at a good location, but desperately in need of better management.

Positive: The hotel is new and well decorated. It’s great that you have poll on the ground floor and also spa was good. The hotel is pretty close to slopes, pets friendly and also parking is free, which is cool.
Negative: There’s many things that are details but would be the reason why we probably won’t come back again - The room was full of clothes from previous visitors, socks and underwear - The pool of the spa was cold - We were given 2 toilet paper rolls for 4 people / 5 night and had to go ask for them again almost every day - Breakfast was mid, also it was super noticeable that most of the dishes/ ingredients were not fresh because they looked like it was staying in the fridge for 1 day minimum
Summary: There’s some good things about the place but given all the negative things - we probably won’t come again

Positive: Overall, we liked the hotel. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the spa area, though it seems small, had enough space for everyone (except for the loungers, as there were only four). As mentioned in other reviews, the pool water was indeed cold, and the jacuzzi was too hot. On one hand, this was a downside, but on the other hand, it was an advantage because people didn’t linger in the jacuzzi — it was physically impossible to stay in that boiling water for more than 5 minutes. As a result, there was never an issue finding space there :). There are two good saunas as well. I also had a massage session, which I really enjoyed—it was exactly what I needed after a day of skiing. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We also had dinner at their restaurant a few times, and we really liked everything there too.
Negative: You should be aware that it is an apart-hotel, meaning there won't be any room service or cleaning during your stay. And this is not mentioned anywhere in the hotel description. This can be a bit frustrating because we stayed there for 6 days, and in the middle of our stay, we ran out of toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, and hand soap. Typically, you don’t bring such supplies with you in your suitcase! :) So, you need to either buy everything yourself or go to the reception to see if they have it and can give it to you. There was also no liquid soap for handwashing dishes, only dishwasher tablets, which is quite odd because sometimes you need to quickly wash a knife or a single plate without running the dishwasher every time. Another important detail that isn’t obvious from the apartment photos is the absence of a window in the bedroom. The walls are solid, and there is only an artificial window facing the living room. Had we known this, we might have chosen a different hotel, as we find it uncomfortable to sleep without fresh air. In the living room, only the balcony doors can be opened, and they don’t have a ventilation mode. As a result, we had to leave the doors open at night, propping them with a chair. Lastly, I’ll mention just one more detail about the pillows, hoping the hotel will take action and replace them. The pillows were awful — small, very soft, and already lumpy. All of us had neck pain in the morning.
