Positive: The hotel was convenient for our purposes (a weekend away with children to do a little skiing and playing in snow) and reasonably priced. The rooms were pleasant and the free swimming pool and sauna/steam room/jacuzzi were welcome after a day skiing. The children also enjoyed the free games room.
Negative: Some staff were friendly, but some were not. We tried to ring to confirm we wanted to have dinner at the hotel on the first night and were unable to get through on the phone. When we arrived the staff were quite unfriendly about this and only let us have food after we asked repeatedly even though a full buffet was laid out for other guests. We were an international group with only one Polish speaker and most staff didn't speak English or German so this seemed to be a bit of a problem at times.

Positive: The hotel is basic but still comfortable and perfect as a base for the area. My friend who I travelled with needed an option for electric charging of the car, which apparently seemed not possible here, or perhaps was already booked. So we needed to find alternative arrangements for that. The room I was in was simple but comfortable. The crowning glory for me was the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and steam room, which were all possible to make use of. Breakfast was nice!
Negative: Unfortunately we had trouble with arranging breakfast and dinner, which may have come from some misunderstandings between us and the reception team. Luckily one staff was kind enough to find a solution for dinner, but it was a little stressful as not all staff were always accommodating - possibly again a mix up since only one of my group spoke Polish.
