Positive: Absolutely brilliant stay. The staff were amazing..they were so friendly and a good laugh. Offering us complimentary drinks when we were by the ge pool and giving us evening snacks when we returned. Our room was beautiful. Great location

Negative: The only issue I had was that the bed had a mattress protector on it, which i understand is for hygiene reasons, but it made the bed very hot and the sheet kept sliding off it.

Positive: We were treated as if we were part of the family from the moment the booking was made months before our holiday. Throughout the day when we were by the pool, or on return from a trip there was tea, coffee or 'treats'

Positive: Good, quiet location within 5 minutes walking distance of Goreme centre. Staff excellent, booked our hot air balloon ride and tours in advance and even gave us a free upgrade. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything you need.

Positive: I had an incredible 4-day stay at Göreme Cave Lodge! The staff were extremely attentive and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. They even helped me find a high-quality hot air balloon flight, which was an unforgettable experience. Everything at the hotel was amazing — the atmosphere, the service, and the people. I truly had an unforgettable stay and highly recommend this place!

Positive: It is without a doubt one of the best (if not the best) accommodations I’ve ever booked through Booking. Yes, Cappadocia is indeed more expensive than other places, and yes, it’s also true that my family and I decided to spend a bit more than we usually do when we travel. But my perfect rating isn’t because the room or the hotel were luxurious, it’s because the staff’s service was OUTSTANDING, the rooms were SPOTLESS, the breakfast buffet was EXTREMELY GENEROUS, and every night when we came back, they welcomed us with a small treat and a huge smile. They’ve been operating for less than four years, but I’m sure that in terms of value for money, it’s a better choice than many long-established hotels. If you get the chance, don’t hesitate!

Negative: My only regret is not staying longer hahaha. It honestly pains me to know that this hotel will probably become so popular that if I get the chance to come back in the future, I won’t find the same prices hahaha.
