Positive: Good location, friendly staff, not expensive

Negative: It was really uncomfortable to took a shower because very small space between toilet bowl and shower. There's no renovation in the room. First floor room is just one metre next to entrance door so you can hear everything as inside so outside, so ask receptionist at least not first floor.

Positive: The location is in the heart of Bursa. Easily accessible by foot or public transportation. The receptionist is so helpful too but he speaks little English. That's can be easily solved with Google Translate. I think the place is very very good value of money. If you looking for place to just sleep in the night and tour during the day , it is the best I can recommend.

Negative: The room is quite small, there is not much space for storing our luggage.

Summary: Best value for money. Cheap and comfy.
