Positive: The hotel is paceful, airy, clean and with a consrant fresh smell. The rooms are a big size and very comfy. Linen fresh and crisp and towels very thirsty and soft. Parking is notca ptoblem and locayion is vrry clisevthe the Grammichele city centre. If i need to be in Grammichele again i would definately choose to use it again.

Positive: This hotel was very close to a wedding venue we needed to attend the next day. The staff go above and beyond to serve you with whatever you need and help you. They are always smiling and ready to help. The breakfast is more than enough with great coffee. Wifi is available in the room and common area. All our needs were met, including ironing board, bread for breakfast, milk and coffee facilities during the day, and most of all 24.7 assistance in anything we needed. Although the area is a walk from the centre there is a great restaurant close by, bakery, pharmacy and a bar.

Negative: The bathroom could be a little cleaner and needed some renovation for example the mixers were old and barely working properly. The bed is very small but was enough for the number of days we stayed there.
