Positive: Beautiful historic house with beautiful rooms. Lots of cute areas to sit and relax. Nespresso coffee, chocolates, and filtered water included. Excellent breakfast that is included. Lovely hospitality. Walking distance to downtown.
Negative: Shared bathrooms; it wasn’t bad, just something to consider. You’re basically sharing a house with people you don’t know, so, can be a bit awkward for those that want privacy.

Positive: Spa-like experience. Beds were so comfortable. Hosts were spectacular. Architecture was beautiful, and the surroundings were so peaceful. I loved the shower and the robes and the thick soft towels. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. Everything was top notch. This property was so unique and special, but was less expensive than the more mainstream places.
Negative: everything was awesome.

Positive: Beautifully restored home and very kind owners.
Negative: The room next-door to us had a bathroom which was just on the other side of a thin flimsy door to our room. Several times during the night we were awoken by hearing somebody apparently having diarrhea. Something definitely needs to be done to sound insulate the bathroom from the cowboy room we were in. It's not OK for people to wake up several times in the middle of night listening to somebody have diarrhea. Also, although the breakfast was very good, it was also being used as a sales meeting, which was awkward and not really appropriate.
