Positive: This is our 2nd time stay at GALATA M84. Sishane metro station is just next to the apartment . If you don't wish to climb the steps or steep hill the trick is to use Sishane metro travelator & escalator that directly linked to istiklal street and a short walk to F2 Beyoglu funicular station. There is always a friendly staff behind the counter to assist us.The supermarket is just across the street. The apartment is fully furnished. We would definitely stay here again.

Negative: The junior suite that faces Mesrutiyet caddesi is very noisy at night from the bars, restaurants and cars that honked at night. Avoid these units. Unless they soundproof the windows.

Negative: Hot water never works, kitchen tap was. Broken until i demanded to fix the issue. Internet was so slow. Bathroom need a refresh as the grouts was mould. The noise from the street at night was loud. The reception in the morning shift is not friendly at all.

Positive: Location , view and size of accommodation was great. Lovely staff who came to Metro to help with ATM machine and Istanbul card.
Negative: Nothing really. The heated tower railing inside the shower was impracticable. The lighting could have been better.

Positive: Very nice, spacious and clean,the staff called Hassan was very helpful,he arranged our tour and transport to the airport.The hotel is also near GALATA tower and walking distance to the old town.
Negative: Just need a little extra cleaning at the bathroom (both) area.There was molds which can be actually easily get rid of with mold and mildew spray.And people smoking can be smelled in the bedroom.

Negative: I understand that due to environmental reasons, bedsheets and towels are changed once every 3 days. However, there is no tidying of the room at all. (Bed is left unmade, towels remained where we dropped them. All 3 days.)
