Perfectly located in the heart of Brian Head on the hilltop overlooking the Giant Steps ski resort offering the best view on the mountain. Spacious 5 bedroom & enclosed bonus room comfortably sleeps 21 w/ a 12ft TV wall, air hockey & ping pong. Wrap around covered deck with jacuzzi. This cabin allows for premium relaxation & for lovers of the outdoors there is an abundance of exploring just a few steps away. Less than a mile from either ski resort. Experience Brian Head with luxury & comfort.
The space
Upon arrival you are greeted by a veranda and covered wrap around deck featuring 8 adirondack chairs, gas fire pit, bbq, outdoor dining and hot tub. The grounds offer an abundance of parking, attached enclosed 2 car garage, & Tesla charger upon request. Each room is individually named an iconic scenic view point on the mountain. The main floor offers an open concept with premium comfort, a sprawling kitchen with a 14ft island with seating for 9 and a dining space to accommodate a large party. Two of the rooms are located on this floor spaced out & each attached to its own bathroom. Just off the main floor is a full laundry room and secretly located is the enclosed Vegas room featuring a luscious love sac styled couch that can easily fit a group for relaxation to cuddle up and watch a movie on the 12ft tv wall or comfy enough to sleep. Although, this is not the only sleeping option, this room also offers 3 twin over KING bunk beds. And incase you are looking for healthy competition, there’s is an air hockey table available. Just upstairs an exclusive retreat awaits. Whether you want to cozy up to read book or just enjoy the abundance of views. Also available is a designated working space. The primary bedroom is secluded on this top floor with a king canopy bed and a private bathroom featuring a large upgraded shower with dual rain shower heads and hand wands. Sneak away down the stairs to the finished basement for the ultimate adult experience. Cozy up next to the fire place in the conversation pit or take on a game of ping pong. Two separate serene bedrooms are located here, each with a twin over king bunk bed fit for a family.

Summary: We had a large group in a beautiful cabin with all the amenities. However, what could have been a huge disaster, due to a plumbing issue, was promptly rectified. The owners were prompt to respond from the beginning and ended up moving us to another property. Our Easter/birthday tradition was saved. Thanks again!

Summary: We were three families going to Brian Head to ski for a week. This property was PERFECT! It has rooms for all the parents and kids (not lofts, but rooms with doors)! The owners were totally responsive even before we got there. The house was very nicely furnished and was absolutely perfect. We’d definitely stay there many more times.

Summary: We had 3 families fit very comfortably in this beautiful house. Everyone enjoyed the amazing views, hot tub, spacious kitchen and eating areas and bedrooms. House was well laid out and having access to the garage was great. Road was plowed regularly including the driveway and we had plenty of space for 3 full size pickup trucks/ SUV's. Neighborhood is very quiet, close to everything, owner was responsive when we had a few questions, checkout process was easy. Overall we had a wonderful time!

Summary: We had 14 adults staying here for Thanksgiving (2 sets of parents and 4 adult kids with significant others). This place was perfect. The location is ideal for anything you want to do in Brian Head. We used it as a home base for trips to Bryce and Zion (as well as Thanksgiving dinner). Everything in the property was 'as described' and in working order. Definitely would go back.
