Negative: There was a smell in the en-suite bathroom. Also you need to replace hair dryer. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it and will definitely stay again. Thanks for a very comfortable stay.

Positive: The location, the close proximity to local amenities, historical sites, pubs and points of interest, the well equipped kitchen, the spaciousness of the apartment and the safety of the apartment block. I would like to thank the staff who were super responsive and helpful.
Negative: The lack of Galway/Irish character in the apartment decor; they felt too sterile for my liking, due to the office-like decor. The lack of soundproofing through the partition walls as we could hear people when they were urinating in the bathroom upstairs and when the upstairs toilet was flushed. The lack of privacy in the bedroom next to the corridor as the window of the bedroom overlooking the corridor meant that anyone passing by could look inside the bedroom without even trying through the clear window. The leather seating in the living room as I felt like sliding off it when sitting; but I guess it is easy to clean and maintain.

Positive: The apartment is lovely, big, and very well-equipped. As promised, it has a sea view. The accommodation is directly in front of the beach and promenade. It is a 30-minute walk from the city center. Next to the apartment building are a grocery store, pubs, and a few restaurants. In front of the entrance is a bus station, which is very convenient.
Negative: The accommodation wanted a prior 150 EUR security deposit. It wasn't written before anywhere. It is not a problem, but they want it only via PayPal, and if you have an early checkout, you don't receive it back immediately. They promised it in 5-10 working days. Today is a day no. 3, so hopefully, they will send it by the end of this week.
