Positive: We appreciated the well-equipped apartment, the quiet location close to the metro station, and the very prompt and good communication with the host. Everything is ok.
Negative: After booking the accommodation, I was somewhat surprised by the number of house rules and the relatively high security deposit. However, it’s really just about being calm and respectful guests who don’t disturb the surroundings. The measures are surprising at first, but understandable. Don’t let that put you off — everything turns out just fine in the end, and you also have constant support from the host, who is available by phone.

Negative: The bathroom was a little small, but I did expect that because it’s Paris. I would also say that labeling the property Gambetta hotel was a little dishonest, especially since it is an Airbnb property and not affiliated with the hotel in any capacity. I did enjoy the accommodations though.

Positive: We loved the place and couldn't recommend it more! It was just perfect. If you're looking for a cosy and welcoming place to rest your head in a quieter area, this is the place for you. The space was well decorated and it felt like a home away from home in the best way. It was very easy to get around the city via the metro station and buses nearby. There were plenty of local restaurants and bakeries for everyday meals and cafes, and we can recommend venturing into Gambetta for some cool places to try. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby. The place was larger than expected in Paris and well equipped.
