This three bedroom (1 King, 2 Queen) 2.5 bath townhouse is close to downtown and only a 0.7 mile walk to Toomers Corner and campus from the backdoor. Walk to dinner at The Depot (.4 mile) or Acre (.5 mile) or to any of the downtown restaurants and businesses.
The open floorplan is ideal for entertaining. The great room has TWO large wall mounted HD smart TVs and opens up to a private patio perfect for game day viewing or outdoor gatherings. The well equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and can seat eight at the large, glass table. The master bedroom (king) is huge and has a private bath, walk in closet, and a large HD smart TV. The two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed, closet, and share a full bath.
Fast wifi, full size laundry, new appliances, coffee maker, quaint front porch and FOUR reserved parking places. Sleeps 6 and can sleep up to 8 with the provided air mattress. Keyless entry provides easy access and we are conveniently located on Tiger Transit. Our family loves spending time here and we are excited to share it with you!
BRING YOUR PET! Pets are welcome, please know there is an $80 charge per pet, per reservation. Any pet other than a dog must be cleared with the host prior to arrival!

Summary: Away game weekend, in town to visit family, this is the second time staying at this property. Walking to and from campus and downtown is convenient and the property was clean perfect size for gathering and quiet after 11pm. Will stay again if available

Summary: This was a great place to stay. We were in town for my daughter’s graduation with 5 adults and an infant. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. Summary: Great location for a walkable stay in Auburn. The condo had most of the basics EXCEPT for some very basics (soap, shampoo, coffee). The Guest WiFi did not exist (in fairness it was not a big deal to us and we did not report it), the rear outdoor area was lovely though could use some TLC as it is mostly weeds and had not been tended to/cleaned which is same as front (desperate need of some tending to). All in all, a easy stay but if you expect it or need it to look exactly like the listing, you may want to adjust expectations slightly. Someone had left some dying flowers on the table when you walk in but again, we made the assumption whoever did assumed we would enjoy them. Would stay here again if looking for an economical, walkable convenient locale.
