Positive: We recently stayed at The Gap and all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was spotless throughout and really spacious for us all to enjoy as a larger family group. Hot tub was an added bonus.Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Positive: 14 of us had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property over the weekend! It was just perfect for celebrating with friends. .The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to local attractions and dining. The hosts Paul and Claire was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Hot tub AMAZING It truly felt like a home away from home, and we left feeling grateful for such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway , its perfect for large families/ friends to meet up as there was so much room ! Sleeps 18 , wow , I’d love to stay again in the future!

Positive: Very spacious, loved the kitchen and sun room and hot tub. There are three en-suite rooms which were great especially with large family staying.
Negative: Nothing we didn’t like, fantastic place to stay.

Positive: Paul and Clare were such kind and welcoming hosts! They came round to show us everything we needed to make sure we got the most out of our stay. The house is gorgeous, private and very clean, all the rooms are large in size and beds were very very comfortable! If I could rate it higher than a 10 I would! We will most definitely be back. Thank you very much!!

Positive: This was an absolutely brilliant stay. We came here for a friends 30th and it was a fantastic base for us to celebrate! The host was so friendly when we met to get the keys and gave a clear explanation of the whole property. The house itself goes on forever - so much space and great for a big gathering! The hot tub was perfect with lots of room and was toasty hot. The hosts were super responsive, dropping us off the bbq grill when requested and also on a separate trip, dropping us off a speaker as they thought we could use it for the evening which was so kind! Honestly could not have had a better place to stay, huge thanks to Clare and Paul for the hospitality.

Positive: Lovely extras left for us. Very clean and good facilities. Hosts were lovely and easy to communicate with. Overall a great stay and can’t wait to visit again.

Positive: Owners came to show us how to use different facilities, heating etc. and help us get settled. They were very pleasant and accommodating, able to provide high chairs and travel cots. The large kitchen facilitated our large group for dinner, and the house was comfortably warm throughout the whole stay. The hot tub was a nice bonus for us.
Negative: Three rooms downstairs have their own en-suite, but there is one large bathroom upstairs for the other 5 bedrooms. Generally it wasn’t a problem as others shared en-suites and there is also a separate toilet in the hallway, which was handy with young children!
Summary: We had a great time; as a party of 16 we enjoyed the space and comfort the house provided.
