Summary: I research places very thoroughly - my high standards were met and exceeded! Very charming, clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated…outstanding wide open view of the mountain range (including Pike’s Peak)…quiet neighborhood…driveway parking…beautiful garden area…hot tub - this place has it all. Very important to my decision of booking a place is the host, and Michelle was outstanding - quick to respond to messages…very helpful…accommodating…friendly. I would not even consider trying to find another place when coming back to Colorado Springs.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the garden apartment. The place was very clean and the owner was very kind and communicative! The hot tub was also very clean and relaxing as you look at the view of the mountains. We highly recommended staying here! You won’t be disappointed!

Summary: The efficiency Apartment setting was perfect for our needs! Its all set up for cooking (if you Want) or just use the microwave to heat up your left overs form the restaurant from the night before. It's all stocked up with items you might have forgotten to pack. Its clean and the hot tub takes away any stress you may have collected. it's very relaxing! This was my second time back and I will always look for this location when coming back to fountain CO. Thanks again to our Host Michelle very good job!

Summary: This was a great place to stay. Once inside it does not feel like a basement and has a ton of natural light with great views of the mountains. It is very clean and well stocked. The owners clearly go above and beyond to make this a welcoming space.

Summary: This is a very nice place if you’re visiting the Colorado Springs area! The host did a great job of making herself available if we had any questions. We really enjoyed the hot tub and all the amenities this place had to offer! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Summary: The space was just as described! We were extremely pleased with our entire stay. The details of decorations/necessities and the stocked kitchen were excellent! However, just be aware, it is a shared space so you’ll sometimes see the owners, which worked out for us to get some great tips of where to go! Also, they say in their house book to use the white noise machine…this is definitely suggested to do, especially in the main bedroom since there was some noise from upstairs late at night our second night. However, everything was fabulous, just go knowing some of these details!
