Summary: Courteous, confirming our reservation requirements. Unit allocated was quiet and beds very comfortable. Facility located in an excellent location. The beds would benefit from castors to prevent inadvertent slippage on carpet. We did not use the shower but it became very obvious this am that plumbing in wall shared by shower and bedroom requires attention as carpet wet under the bedside table and under and beside the single bed near bathroom door. Also water from basin tends to pool from the right rear area. We attempted to inform reception prior to departure but the office was locked and no staff were visible.
