Positive: Very comfortable property. Well done up with lots of facilities. There's a convenient shop just below for some groceries. Seamless check in. Huge bathroom with toiletries provided. Really enjoyed staying here. Will definitely come again.

Positive: Clean property. Only 1 flight of stairs. Everything needed was in the apartment.
Negative: Inability to turn on heating meant the apartment was very cold. More paper towels would have been great. Mattress truly needs to be replaced as I could feel the springs poking through.

Positive: Very clean, spacious, fully-stocked kitchen and right near to a bus stop for routes into town. Both the sofabed and bed were comfy, bathroom was good, and having a dryer/washing machine available was helpful. Very modern design and a cosy windowseat.
Negative: The streetlamps outside are very bright and there are only blinds, which don't block out the light at night. All of us were kept awake by it. Maybe blackout curtains would be better Also there were some hairs on the bed linen...

Positive: Pros - The apartment was well-maintained - A very spacious apartment with very good - Provider 2 very good board games. ( 3D snakes and ladders and Guess Who? ) - Bedroom - A large room with an extremely comfortable chair, and a clothes rack - It was very clean and had adequate shelving - Open plan living room - Very nice sofa and additional window seat with plenty of cushions. Had a TV many games. - Kitchen diner - The Kitchen is very well stocked with plates, cutlery, utensils, and White goods such as: - A large fridge / freezer, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher were all provided In addition dish water tablets,and washing up liquid were provided - Had a large kitchen bar with 4 accompanying stools that came with plush cushions - 4 complementary cereal boxes, tea coffee and sugar, with cartons of UHT milk, oil salt and pepper were also provided - Bathroom - the bathroom was large clean and spacious - Adequate shower pressure and high-quality toiletries - Double mirror cabinet with a light that can be activated by touch. - Water temperature was very good
Negative: Cons - Located on a very busy Main road, which is also a bus route, which meant you will hear the noisy traffic all night - The flat can get very warm due to the lack of fan - The smell of neighbour's cooking can be smelt inside the flat Bedroom - The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It is smaller than a double bed. The mattress needs replacing - The pillows were lumpy - There were not enough hangers on the clothes rack - There were too many cushions Open plan living room - There were too many cushions - The TV wasn't working - the sofa bed was worn out and extremely uncomfortable. The sofa was in dire need of being replaced immediately. The bed had no mattress Kitchen - The bar stools were very unstable. - Another hand towel for the kitchen utensils was required Bathroom - The extractor fan wasn't functional - The hose pipe on the shower head was leaking Entrance Lobby - The shelving unit takes up space - The place heats up because of the Dryer and the washing machine - The extractor fan was ineffective

Positive: The flat was clean and modern. We appreciated the kitchen with a full sized fridge and oven. We also appreciated the washing machine and dryer.
Negative: When I booked this property I ticked the parking box required as we had a car. I was under the impression that the property had a garage / carport or at least a driveway to park the car safely at the flat. Instead I received this message two days prior to arrival as part of the check in message "🚗 If you're wondering about parking, we've got you covered: Free parking all along the street, as well as other streets in the area. Unreserved so any space is ok." On arrival we were unable to find street parking nearby as it was a very busy area. We parked at a park then had to carry our luggage to the flat. We then had to move the car several streets away to park for the night as the park closed its gate at 8pm. This happened each time we needed to go out in the car. We messaged the owner with a question regarding the tv, we did not get a response. One morning we noted that the shared entrance door was deadlocked open. We messaged the owner, however did not get a response. Fortunately it was fixed when we returned. We left a day early to continue travelling and messaged the owner that morning to inform the owner. We got a response the next day.
