The unit spans two stories, with a TV in the living room and another in a private bedroom. You'll also find a dedicated workspace with a door and office chair, perfect for remote work or focused tasks. Enjoy the gardener's dream front yard, the large shared porches, and the expansive fenced-in backyard. Whether you're cooking in the top-tier kitchen, basking in the outdoor ambiance, or watching a show, the space promises a delightful Guelph experience.

Guests have full access to the entire unit, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. Please note that while the front and back porch areas are available for your enjoyment, they are shared spaces with the homeowners and pets. Additionally, the driveway is a shared amenity. We encourage guests to make themselves at home while being mindful of shared areas.

We have some furry friends on the property! Tully, our beloved dog, uses the backyard, and two outdoor cats are on site (Dawg & Henri). While they are all friendly, we ask guests to please be mindful and ensure the pets do not enter the unit. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
