Summary: The property was as advertised. Spacious and clean as well. Danny was very responsive to the one unavoidable issue that we had. Water heater decide to drop its bottom one evening and in 1 hour a repair person was there and returned in the morning to replace the unit. Excellent service by both of them. The house is ver roomy and in a quiet suburban location, we would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Summary: This gorgeous comfortable home was perfect for our family reunion. Everything we needed——the most comfortable beds and pillows, beautiful and clean bathrooms with all the supplies, well-stocked and CLEAN kitchen, serene back porch, quiet and safe neighborhood and the most amazing host-Danny!!!! Summary: There was plenty enough space for our family, with a number of beds. The house did not contain one wash cloth, the plumbing was hit and miss, and the oven was left with food at the bottom that started smoking when we preheated. The owner was responsive and apologetic. I think with a little more attention to detail, this would be a five-star property.

Summary: This is a beautiful home with so much space! We went for a sports tournament and the team stayed together. We all had a sleeping space to ourself and plenty of room to spread out. The rep from Evolve was amazing!

Summary: The place was very accommodating. Plenty of room for the 4 generations that stayed. The first floor master was perfect for my parents who are 82. There was plenty of space to relax. They allowed an early check of three hours before the scheduled check in, which was great. We would definitely stay here again.They provided many usable commodities, paper towels, dishwasher soap, ample towels, washcloths, etc.

Summary: This was a great stay with room for our entire party and even one who can't walk stairs. I really enjoyed the home. It is very close to a Kroger which is nice when many people are sharing a place. I enjoyed it, and I think you will too.
