A very lovely neighborhood. It's not far from the university of Victoria and Beach areas. The downstairs suite has one large bedroom with a queen size bed and a comfy memory foam topper. The suite looks onto the fenced backyard. There are deer, squirrels and birds in area. It's a peaceful area. There are two patios for you to use. ( one is covered and the other is uncovered both with tables and chairs. )
The bathroom has a soaker tub/ shower combination.
The kitchen is full size with everything needed. ( oven, stove, microwave ) There a magic bullet blender too. Coffee and teas are included in stay.
The living room area is cozy and has cable tv. There is parking for one vehicle off of street included in fee.
There is a great coffee shop nearby and public recreation centre a fifteen minute walk away with swimming pool, sauna, large whirlpool, gym and classes. The ocean is nearby...Arbutus Cove. Not too far away is Mt Douglas park and Mountain.

Golf course (public) is 4.8 miles away from home -12 minutes drive
Restaurants nearby -10-15 minute walk ( fish and chips, Subway, Starbucks coffee, 7 eleven store, grocery store, The Village restaurant open for breakfast and lunch, Dominos pizza.
There is a neighborhood coffee shop too only a three minute walk.

Summary: Stayed in Victoria area for Cdn Thanksgiving fir a week. The place was perfectly located, easy to get and from Victoria and the Saanich Peninsula.it was clean and comfortable. Exactly as promised. Thank you.

Summary: Good space, mostly just slept there. The space was clean. It is an older daylight basement space that has been updated recently - everything except carpet looked new or nearly new. I had no communication with property manager but they were home so I am sure they would have been responsive if anything was needed.

Summary: This property is quiet and home like. It is clean and well kept. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is small but has everything you need including nice warm water and good pressure for the shower. Bedroom is large. Bed is comfortable. Lots of places to keep your clothes and belongings. I was staying here to attend an event at the university of Victoria. 5 minute drive to the university. Easy 20 minute walk to a local ocean beach. The location is a family neighborhood with many schools. Hosts were friendly but I felt like my privacy was respected. Response was kind and helpful when I needed to reach out for anything. I would recommend this as a place to stay.

Summary: Bed was comfortable and they even provided a floor mattress for my adult daughter to sleep on. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood and had all the items included for a very comfortable stay. . Very clean, and the grey cat Teddy was lovely. Walkable distance to uvic which is what we came for. Thank you!

Summary: I was attending DHSI at UVic and Kristina's suite was the perfect home base! Easy cycling distance to UVic or if taking the bus, navigating the transit system to and from Kristina's suite is simple, with the #12 to UVic close by. If you're looking to explore downtown, the #27 and #28 are also close by too. There's a locally-owned coffee shop, small grocery store and European deli nearby for all of your caffeine and food needs. Highly recommend.
