Summary: The Gardner Inn is very comfortable. We stayed in the John Waters quest room which was attractive with a touch of camp (as it should be). We slept beautifully. Breakfast and coffee were bot delicious. We especially enjoyed our conversation with the other guests and with innkeeper, John. Thank you for a great stay.

Summary: We had an amazing experience. our host, John was excellent. the decor was eclectic. There was so much to see and a story to all of it. John was extremely accommodating and we felt like we've known him our entire lives. Breakfast was plentiful and very good.

Summary: Delightful room in a cozy house just outside of downtown Troy. Our host John was friendly and charming, and served up some tasty French toast for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We enjoyed meeting John at our stay at Gardner Farm Inn. We had the Mae West room and it had a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Breakfast was great and felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. If you are in the Troy, NY area I would recommend staying at the Gardner Farm Inn.
