Summary: Staff are good.The only thing that i come across that is really bad is the water kettle that has a bit of water in it which is dirty…brown/dark. If the cleaner is not looking after that, i would assume they are not cleaning the room to a good standard that they should.

Summary: I wasn't happy because I booked a double and single room with an ensuite, but they gave us just the double bed. The room was also so small with no fridge inside. I am very disappointed not worth what I paid.

Summary: Good value nice clean rooms. Small but what you would expect for an old pub and fine for an overnight stay. Lovely bar staff.

Summary: This hotel has really clean, comfortable rooms, wonderful food and walking distance to all the shops. Love staying here every time we are in Blackheath. Not 5 star but in some ways better. Certainly the price is fabulous for what you get
