Positive: The front desk was very professional and nice. Worked with me for a place I could park my motorcycle for security. The room was clean. Very satisfied.
Negative: Elevator did not work, but that happens. The corridors could have been vacuum better, however the place was maintained well.

Positive: Fresh cookies and water on welcome.
Negative: The elevator was very slow frequently and I was placed on fourth floor, so starts it was often which wasn’t always convenient.
Summary: Great place to stay but if have kid probably stay else where. Breakfast, not kid friendly.

Positive: It was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room on 1st floor.
Negative: Shower water ran clear to the entry door for me. Husband couldn’t reach the soap as it is clear at the other end of the shower from the shower seat. No place to hook the shower head while in the seat.
Summary: Okay as long as we only need to battle the shower once.

Positive: Everything , but especially the room size. We had a king suite and it was so comfortable. We lounged before and after dinner as well as before breakfast. I didn't feel as if we were stumbling over ourselves as in most chain hotels. The
Negative: The sitting area was very comfortable but the tv was not within viewing range. If a swivel mount was utilized it would make the room just about perfect 👌

Negative: The pet friendly room was on the 3rd floor and my pup won’t do elevators. The front staff stated that was what was available. I had booked this room weeks in advance.
