Summary: family friendly clean pool and good breakfast

Summary: On the first full day of our stay, our beds and room was cleaned. On the second day, I left a tip for the housekeeper. When we returned from our outing, we discovered that our room had not een serviced. Also, we had to request additional towels. There were three of us staying in the room and we only received towels for two guest. However the over all stay was good. I recommend that when reservations are made for three or more persons for a room, that housekeep leave towels for the number of guest staying in the room.

Summary: The hotel itself seemed new but it’s not. It used to be a Best Western and it’s been refurbished. Prior to staying I read the reviews about the noise from the highway and figured people were being picky. Well, they were not! I’m not sure why the noise was so loud and profound but it was. It made sleeping a challenge. The staff were so nice that I’m sure if I’d asked for a room that was further away from the hotel they would have gladly accommodated me. I didn’t bother since I was only there shortly. The ironing board was horribly rusted and we had a very hard time putting it down after using it. The television remote had a mind of its own because all it took was a slight bump and it turned the tv completely off. If we picked it up to change the channel it would shut off the minute we touched it. Weird. Outside of these issues we appreciated the hotel cleanliness and although I didn’t indulge they do provide fresh baked cookies at no charge.

Summary: Clean and comfortable. And their mini fridge has a mini freezer.... for those of us who travel with a cooler for refrigerated medication being able to refreeze the ice packs is essential! Will stay here next time we visit.

Summary: It’s a nice area, the hotel is a little old and needs to be updated. I’ve been staying here for a month switching rooms. Some had broken toilets, sinks. Some rooms smelled and were humid and had bugs. Service at the front desk was good. Cleaning service was loud and noisy slamming doors.

Summary: Always a great place to stay in my opinion. Convenience, Comfortable, and the staff is always nice. Breakfast every morning is a excellent bonus. When we come in town this has always been our first choice. The new ownership definitely added some updates and another reason to keep coming back.

Summary: Stayed there one night to go to a meeting the next day. Overall it looked good, and it was good from the outside. The front desk guy was friensly and helpful. The room was decently clean and smelled clean. Did not worry about anything and had a good stay. Breakfest was good and check out was easy.
