Positive: It was a surprise for this price we have got all we needed, it's an amazing apartment! For a few days stay, definitely we will come back!

Negative: Well, since it's an old building and it's made as it is, the bad sides are as they are, I can not complain. Because for that price u can not get any better place for sure. And also they can not improve more because of the building.
