Tajade Cozy Getaway is a cozy 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath unit with kitchen. This townhouse is super comfortable, spacious, warm & inviting and cozy. Upon entering the townhouse, you will find a comfortable living room with oversized deep sectional sofa with a 75in smart TV. You'll immediately feel like you can kick your feet up and relax. And I hope you do exactly that! It's perfect for guests to gather in the living space to watch a football game and chat. The well equipped kitchen is open to the dining room with seating for 6 and living room, which is perfect for staging your tailgate food while watching football.
Perfect for game day weekends, graduation, birthdays, & any occasion you would like to celebrate!
Washer/dryer is in 1/2 bath on main floor
It comes complete with all the comforts of home including a well stocked kitchen! You will have Kuerig coffee station with starbucks & selection coffee & creamer & selection of tea & condiments in the morning as well as all the ice maker, pots, pans and accessories needed to cook meals & general cooking items (i.e: olive oil, spices, sugar)
The 3 Bedrooms & 2 full Baths are Upstairs:
Smart TVs in each bedroom with fresh clean white linens & Complimentary toiletries
Bedroom 1: King with ensuite bathroom complete with towels, shampoo,
conditioner, soap.(Combination shower and tub).

Also a fire pit, propane gas grill and beverage tub.
* There could be some street noise, as the
street runs directly behind the townhouse. The interior is well insulated against noise, but you will definitely hear it on the back porch.

Parking for up to 6 vehicles is readily available on the large flat driveway with easy access In front of the townhouse. No street parking is allowed.

Summary: Tajade’s Cozy Townhouse is truly a gem!!! Thank you Tanya for hosting my family and I. We enjoyed every bit of your home. The check in process was a breeze. Your communication was top notch. We were surprised at the door a welcome basket. I believed that was a very nice gesture. The house was very clean and everything looked exactly as advertised. You have an amazing setup in the background. Your home had more than enough parking for my family and I. The location of the home was walking distance from downtown. We enjoyed our family walk. We visited Toomer’s corner, Auburn University campus, and also grabbed dinner at The Hound. We will definitely book again when we visit Auburn in the future.
