Summary: This home was a great fit for our party! It was our first time in Nashville! The bedrooms had flexibility as far as more than 2 people per bedroom. Big sofa to watch tv and the pool was a hit! Would love to stay again!

Summary: Clean, plenty of space, great location. The whole fam enjoyed the ping pong table and pool especially. The trash cans were overflowing from previous guests but that wasn’t the owners fault and I believe trash pickup was on our final day after we checked out. Overall we enjoyed it and would stay there again!

Summary: Very thankful and appreciative for our Host's that trusted us on their property and in their home for a 2 night stay. There is nothing to not love about this home, plenty to keep busy with from walking around, to basketball, ping pong and even a beautiful pool setup. The property is stunning and the house is as beautiful inside as it is out. Highly recommend for anyone in the Nashville area, you will not be disappointed! Thanks and look forward to stay next year!

Summary: This place was absolutely perfect for my Bach group! John was so friendly and helpful through the whole process and was very responsive. The pool and house were very clean, and it had everything we needed.

Summary: I’m not impressed with the property with the amount of steps that are between the house and the other property. The basement and the house is a lot of steps and I wouldn’t have rented the q property if I had of seen the house before Hanse. It was too many steps between the main house and the living room. MRge property would have been better if the living room and kitchen was on the same floor. We had a good stay but 3 people had to split the property and I slept downstairs so I had to clinm the stairs every morning and night and it was not happy for us. I had t sleep down stairs fell coming out of the half bath downstairs and it was not a good thing for our weekend

Summary: Overall the stay was pleasant. The pool was nice, and the yard is huge. The location in relation to Nashville was great. That said, there were several issues with unannounced visitors including the owner and city workers; not what one is expecting or wanting on their getaway. Also, there were some maintenance issues within the house, but nothing extreme. Overall, it was still an enjoyable experience for our whole family.

Summary: We were traveling to Nashville for the One-Up Cheer competition. We enjoyed the home and there was plenty of room for the 9 of us. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table, while the musicians of the family enjoyed the piano. Very comfortable home close to Nashville, but in a quiet area. We would definitely stay here again.
