Positive: Hotel was very well appointed, inexpensive, had a fully equipped kitchen, beds were comfy, AC worked well. It was quiet, close to Elmira, and the manager went beyond to be helpful.

Negative: The walk into the shower stall was super high. Could use a step stool. No grab bars in the bathroom and only one tiny one in the shower.

Summary: A very pleasant room with supurb manager.

Positive: Very cute newly renovated efficiency studio

Negative: Shower got suddenly scalding hot with no warning during my shower. Idk if that happens when someone flushes a toilet or showers in another unit, but it was sudden and scalding hot out of nowhere and then went back to the temp I had it set at.

Summary: Good budget stay. I would stay again.
