Summary: Excellent stay at Aurika. The staff was hospitable and took great care of all the guests. The property is gorgeous and has multiple amenities and daily activities. The high tea set up was great..would highly recommend staying at this resort. Only point for improvement would be to improve food pricing. The prices are high and the food is average.

Summary: It was a wonderful a d amazing experience. The whole stay was quite enjoyable particularly nature trail and coffee plantation trail . The staff is quite helpful and courteous.particularly dining room staff . Suravee took lot of care whole dining .

Summary: Expedia did not inform the property on how many people are arriving.But the manager Abhishek Bansal was kind enough to accommodate us and made sure we were comfortable.Excellent service and food.I would highly recommend anyone visiting the location to have your stay in this hotel.I am thankful to the staff at Aurika for providing us such pleasant experience.
