Positive: Stayed only one night after two nights in Estes and driving through RMNP and did not eat at restaurant. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Clean, cute, good size, mountain cabin feel, room with gas fireplace (but we did not need or use it). We slept with windows and screen to terrace open to enjoy the cool Rocky Mountain air (which turned out to be a mistake because of some jackass with a phone blasting YouTube videos on the terrace above ours and SUNDAY construction at 5:30 am?!!?!). Grand Lake is adorable and we wished we had another night because of how late we arrived. I totally recommend staying here, just prepare for jerk neighbors on their terrace disregarding the noise they create
