With Black Butte towering in sight and the Three Sister's mountains just a quick turn away, the Cascade views are spectacular. This open and bright two-bedroom, two-story condominium is a short walk to Robert's Pub and the Big Meadow golf shop and a quick bike ride to Lakeside Bistro, the Lodge's dining areas and Glaze Meadow Recreation Center.

MAIN FLOOR | The main floor has an open living room, dining room, breakfast bar, full kitchen, and a half bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and dine for up to four Guests. The dining area flows comfortably out onto the golf course side deck complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ for grilling. The living room has a wall of windows and a cozy wood burning stove. Firewood is provided.
SECOND FLOOR | Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a comfortable Queen-sized bed, Smart TV, and a small balcony overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom has an open ceiling with a loft-like feel and two twin-sized beds.
EXTRAS | The owners of this home are kind enough to provide lawn chairs, pool towels, a pickle ball set for 4 people, and complimentary Coffee Beans & a Grinder.
INTERNET & TV | All of our homes provide Wi-Fi Internet and Cable or Streaming services. You will be provided with the Wi-Fi Network and Password upon arrival.
PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway or designated lot. There is plenty of parking in a large lot that is available to all guests staying in a Golf Condo.
BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can explore the 23.4 miles of bike paths by renting a bicycle at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop.
LENGTH OF STAY | Our properties require a minimum stay of 3-nights in the slower season and 6-nights in the peak season. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.
VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.
SECURITY DEPOSIT | A security deposit is needed for each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 10 - 14 business days of your departure.
BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities. You no longer need to pay a daily access fee for each member in your party.
CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel at the last minute, you will have the choice to transfer your payments to an alternate booking in the same house during the same calendar year. If you made your reservation with a third-party booking agent, you may have a separate Cancellation policy with that agent.
PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four days prior to your arrival date you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.

Summary: We booked this very very last minute, but it was available! It is a great spot and felt very comfortable. We had an amazing time. The space is clean, and well equipped. It's a bit small, but we loved it. Parking is open and the home is easy to find. The check-in instructions weren't sent to us, so we had to reach out for the address and details. We also didn't know to go to the front check in building prior to heading to the home. Other than that, it was a great spot!

Reviewer Comments: Kendra with Black Butte Realty Group was friendly, helpful and accommodating. She was easy to reach with any problems that we had. (the only problem we had was getting locked out. The Condo was great.)We really enjoyed the condo. Bedding was comfortable, plenty of linens and awesome pool towels. It was only the wife and I, so we didn't use the twin beds in the loft area. Kitchen was decently appointed with good knives and various seasonings. We grilled every night but there were was a good cast iron pan to use for breakfast. The other pans were your typical rental type stock. The main room had great windows for views, and the TV was easy to stream anything from the usual platforms. When we were actually at the condo, most of the time was spent on the patio. We didn't get hit by any errant tee shots on the 18th fairway and it was great people watching. Easy access to the Meadow Golf Course and Ryan's Pub. The only drawback was that the back door slider didn't have a screen door so flies would get in if we left it open. The cool breeze at night would have been nice. BBR facilities are top notch and a short drive to the Metolius River at Camp Sherman. Amazing river, especially by the fish hatchery. We will definitely be back! Thanks Kendra.

Summary: We came here for a wedding and this condo was perfect. It was clean, on the golf course and we had great weather so a definite plus! We had a rental car and they have a parking lot right in front of the buildings so very convenient. Loved the view of the mountains from the bedroom window and kitchen deck. We would stay here again for sure. Bringing our daughter and son-in-law next time we come. They would love it!
