Positive: The appartment is ok for a short stay. We used it for one night on the way to Bergen. You have all what you need in a separate apartment. But you don't get the bed staff automatically and you have to order and pay for it extra in a hotel close to this apartment and put the staff also by yourself.

Negative: Parking places are behind the house on the second level, which makes it uncomformatable to carry all the luggage to the main entrance. You have to go around the whole building. Also no elevators there, so also not comformatble to carry all the heavy staff through the whole apartment house. Windows havent been cleaned since..? don't know and the window curtains in the living room were a little destroyed. Bathroom - very small, no bathroom shelves to put things on. Spartan style.. Power outlet is above the mirror- so forget the idea to charge your electrical toothbrush. But you have several charge possibilities in the room...Bedside lamp was not working and first you had to discover, where the el. outlet is..

Positive: Well equipped and cozy apartment, very near the town center and the lake. They made it possible for us to do a late check-out without having to reach the reception.

Negative: Expensive as other options in Norway, we had to make the check-in 1 km from the apartment. Doesn't include linings and towels in the price.

Positive: The room was absolutely fine for my our needs except the missing wifi.

Negative: We had to pay a cleaning fee but the floor was all dusty and there were dirty dishes. I normally don't care like 120% about those things, but given the extra fee, this was rather annoying. Also, there is no wifi included. The property description doesn't say that there is if you look closely, BUT they should implicitly warn you about that. In the last 10 years that was my first one without WIFI and I travelled quite a lot.
