Positive: 1. Big, new, modern, clean and beautiful apartment. 2. Big and modern kitchen with everything we need. 3. Big and new bathroom. 4. Good location, easy to reach and not far from the city centre. 5. Very easy check-in and check-out. 6. Friendly people. 7. Self-prepared breakfast is ok for us as we could sleep longer in the morning. 8. Reasonable price compare to other. 9. Welcome fruits and beer from the owner. 10. Late check-out, could sleep longer in the morning. 11. The house located in a quiet area.
Negative: 1. The bed is too small for 2 persons, it is a queen size bed and not a typical German double bed. We could not sleep well and felt very tired the next morning. 2. There is NO kettle inside the kitchen even mentioned in the booking confirmation. 3. We arrived at 7pm and there was no parking in front of the apartment. Parking is very difficult. 4. Half bottle ( used ) strawberry jam was served for breakfast. 5. There were two unfresh carrots and one rotten bell pepper inside the fridge. 6. The welcome fruits ( apples & lemon ) were not fresh as well. 7. Children running above our sleeping room in the morning.

Positive: amazing good quality modern apartment. The breakfast was as described, in the fridge. There is a great swimming pool just 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk. There is a Aldi also 3 minutes drive. Extremely quiet.
Negative: We have used the parking behind the church which is in front of the property. It is very close, 1 minute walk. It worked for us as it was a week day. But you cannot park there during the week end as there are people going to the church.
Summary: very nice modern apartment in a very quiet area but still close to amenities.

Positive: It’s a super clean, modern and new apartment on the edge of Schwab Gmuend. It’s walkable, use your car or has also buses available to the city center. Very nice and comfortable!
Negative: Parking can be a little tricky but still always found a parking spot within sight. Safe area.
Summary: Comfortable and enjoyable with a super nice host and no issues. Would recommend without reservations.

Positive: My friends, partner and I stayed here as one of our friends was getting married in the city. We really loved how modern the apartment was. We've also never stayed at an apartment before that already had breakfast ready and available in the fridge/freezer. The apartment was super cozy and our favorite part was definitely the breakfast. Anything we could have possibly needed was made available in the apartment. The hosts were also very kind and responsive when we reached out to them with questions. 10/10 would recommend!
